I provide access to ALL available homes for sale in our local and regional market. Once we discuss your wants and needs, I’ll begin sending you listings that correspond to the parameters you’ve set. I'll get you inside of all homes that interest you. As we walk through homes, I’ll help you to evaluate the current condition, potential for improvements, and most importantly, market value. When it comes time to make an offer, I’ll prepare the purchase and sale agreement, suggest a negotiation strategy, present the offer to the listing agent/seller, and of course, help you obtain the best price and terms possible.
Once we have an accepted contract, I’ll set up title/escrow, order inspections, negotiate work orders, obtain bids, and make sure you know what you’re getting in to – in short, manage all the numerous details of the sale through closing and even after the sale. I represent your interests thoroughly and always maintain confidentiality.
When you buy a home listed in the NCWMLS, the seller pays the real estate fee from the sale proceeds. This is also true if the home is for-sale-by-owner (FSBO). My fee will be incorporated into the sales price and paid by the seller.
